Steps in presenting offers on
properties you have shown:

A Sales Contract,
Agency Disclosures and Buyer's Pre-Qualified Mortgage or Source of Funds
Letter is required to present an offer.

Upon receipt of this
information, you can fax it to 954-431-1121. All Agents are contacted
immediately upon notification of seller on the status of your offer.

All Cash or Investor
offers will require a $2500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit once seller has
verbally accepted offer.

There will also be
times that there are more than one offer on a property. At this point a
Highest and Best offer form will be faxed for your buyer to complete and fax
back by the designated time & date. For this situation, all deposit
monies are non-refundable.
